Hey Lovelies!
So last week I was invited to a really EXCITING event and of course I must tell you all about it. It was on October 24th, 2012 Montreal Fashionistas had the opportunity to unleash their Domestic Goddesses at eFashionista’s exclusive “Baking in High Heels” event featuring the Food Network SugarStars at PRFKT Boutique, located in the Montreal World Trade Centre. What can I say except for that the location for this event was nothing but PRFKT! PRFKT by Europa is the home of some of the biggest names is fashion where every girl and lady can endulge in all their fashion senses and satisfy all their fashion desires with designer brands such as Missoni, Moschino, Vince Camuto and many many more. As soon as I walked into the store my eyes were browsing all around and I didn’t know where to start browsing. This is a store Montreal has been missing but now us fashionistas are well taken care off by PRFKT by Europa and I can’t wait to go back and shop around.
Baking in High Heels also brought High Heel Expert Tina Karr to the event who showed all the ladies how to perfect their stride and how to wear heels while baking with the fabulous SugarStars. There was plenty of sweet tables with beautiful designs and barmen providing the ladies with super yummy pumpkin spice martini’s. Bliss!!! However, to top of this PRFKT event the ladies were able to get beauty touch-ups by the very talented Caroline Theoret.
What can I say? This event was FASHIONABLE SWEET and FABULOUS!
There was also a huge painting of a pink high heel shoe that caught my eye almost right when I walked into the event so I just had to find out who it was by and what the purpose of this painting was. So, this gorgeous painting, that would look absolutely lovely in my house was painted by non other than Montreal-born painter Antoine Tavaglione and it was auctioned off to raise funds for a local women’s shelter. I LOVE that!!! As much as this was a fashionable event it also had a charitable twist to it.
This was a night that was filled with satisfying all the senses that a Domestic Goddess might have from top to toe, I mean from top to a ladies heels. The decor was enchanting with all the glitter pumpkins, sweet decor and let’s not forget the fabulous high heels. I have to say that this was hands down one of the best events I have attended this year and I go to a ton of events as you lovelies know.
