Ugh, yesterdays boot camp class and spinning killed me. I’m sore everywhere!!! I have not been this sore in a while to be honest. I mean I’m pretty much always sore but not like this. I guess this means I worked hard yesterday and now it’s time to get ready for another gym session. Woop! Woop! This am I’m doing some sculpting and some spinning. Tuesdays session is one of the hardest I do during the week but I love the challenge that’s for sure.
Since I changed my lifestyle in January I feel like every day I get to know my body better and better. I have learnt to listen to it and more importantly to hear what it’ telling me. Here are a few things that I don’t do anymore. I don’t eat that much red meat, I don’t eat late, I avoid carbs and I have cut down on coffee. I feel like just these few little things made my body feel better right away. I have changed more things than this but it’s just to give you an example of how tiny changes can result in how you feel, how much better you feel.
OK, my coffee is done lovelies and it’s time for me to get ready to workout! I hope that I will loosen up at the gym and that I’ll be able to get rid of some of this lactic acid build-up.
