Hello Lovelies!
How are you? I’m so sore it’s not even funny. These two days have been brutal (in a good way) at the gym and I’m in pain but pain is glory in my case. After the gym and a few errands I got home, turned on the shower and got un-dressed. While walking towards the bathroom I decided I wanted to try on a pair of my jeans and guess what? They used to be to small a few months ago and now they are way to big! Woop! Woop! I decided to try on all other jeans I own and they are all big on me. What an amazing feeling! Although loosing weight is great I want to make sure that I don’t loose muscle mass because I think that it’s way nicer to be fit and strong than just being skinny. That’s my personal opinion anyways… I like to say skinny girls look good in clothes but fit girls look good naked! 
For the past couple of weeks I have been training really hard every day of the week but I didn’t feel like I was making any progress but today’s jeans trials just made it clear. I have made progress! However, I still have quite a bit to go before I reach my goal. How long it’s going to take me? I’m not sure but I know I will get there if I keep training and making healthy food choices. Sometimes it’s hard to say no to things you love to eat but when I think about the end result it’s much more worth it then those few gummi bears or that fresh piece of warm baguette. Just saying…
I love to see the definition of muscles on a women’s body as oppose to just a skinny stick body. I think it’s much sexier with nice defined abs, arms, legs but etc. Again this is a personal opinion and I have a feeling a lot o girls are very much into just being super skinny but I like the shape of my body. A bit of boobs, hips and of course some booty but it all has to be toned and defined otherwise I don’t think it looks nice. Some I’ll keep doing those squats, lounges and all the other awesome butt and leg exercises and maybe one day I’ll insure my booty just like J Lo did. Lol!
Anyways, that being said I have to tell you some more exciting news. Ogilvy’s is introducing some new younger brands and the media event is tonight so that’s pretty exciting. I’ve heard that the boutiques that are opening are for example Canada Goose, 7 for all mankind, Splendid and my favorite Vince and a few others. Tonight’s event is the opening of these stores catered by Buenanotte, beats by Dj New Money and there is a ton of door prizes. I guess this will be a pretty fun event.
