Save Water & Drink Champagne


Hello Lovelies!

It’s Friday which means it’s time to drink champagne and dance on the tables!

But before that happens tonight it’s time for me to take care of a few things. I’m up super early. Why? I have no idea, I just woke up and could not go back to sleep. I’m going to have my coffee and then it’s time for a nice two hour work-out. I’m actually going to do a circuit of steam-room, sauna and the cold shower today after my workout and I’m going to get ready at Vic Park which is not something I do very often. However, I have a bit of time after my workout before my appointment with the naturopath so I might as well take advantage of it. I’m very excited to meet with my naturopath and see how he can maybe figure out what is wrong with me. I don’t even know what’s wrong with me but I feel like there is something not quite right. Let’s see what he says…

I’m not sure you are interested to know but my workout today is an hour of spinning and then an hour of abs and but workout which should be pretty intense but lots of fun. Later on in the afternoon I might go to Mont Royal and do the stairs a few time. Yesterday afternoon my fastest time doing the stairs was 3 minutes and 40 seks. It’s not an amazing time but I don’t think it’s that bad either, especially since it was extremely hot yesterday.
