Hey Lovelies!

How are you today…?

I’m doing well incase you are wondering. I am training hard and really forcing myself not to go to the gym twice a day although I sometimes have a huge craving to do so. Since I already spend like 3 hours at the gym every morning I think, I know it would be too much if I spent another 2 hours in the early evening. Like I mentioned in my previous post progress has been made and I can most def see a difference in my body. I LOVE my gym because all the trainers and teacher are SO supportive and motivating it’s really helpful. This morning I did a crazy work-out, well I think it was anyways. I started with 45 minutes on the treadmill. It was intense running and speed walking up hills. By the time I was done with the 45 minutes I was drenched in sweat from having give it my all. However, I had about 5 minutes to run to the bathroom, fill up my water bottle and head to my first class, sculpt. After sculpt class it was time to attack the abs and the butt. Note by now it has pretty much been 3 hours so I’m exhausted. I was going to do the stretch class but to be honest I had didn’t have any more energy. It’s all good I think I did enough for one morning what do you think?
