Hey Lovelies!
How are you today…?
I’m doing well incase you are wondering. I am training hard and really forcing myself not to go to the gym twice a day although I sometimes have a huge craving to do so. Since I already spend like 3 hours at the gym every morning I think, I know it would be too much if I spent another 2 hours in the early evening. Like I mentioned in my previous post progress has been made and I can most def see a difference in my body. I LOVE my gym because all the trainers and teacher are SO supportive and motivating it’s really helpful. This morning I did a crazy work-out, well I think it was anyways. I started with 45 minutes on the treadmill. It was intense running and speed walking up hills. By the time I was done with the 45 minutes I was drenched in sweat from having give it my all. However, I had about 5 minutes to run to the bathroom, fill up my water bottle and head to my first class, sculpt. After sculpt class it was time to attack the abs and the butt. Note by now it has pretty much been 3 hours so I’m exhausted. I was going to do the stretch class but to be honest I had didn’t have any more energy. It’s all good I think I did enough for one morning what do you think?

Why fight yourself over which polish to choose girls, when you can have it all? Multi-colored manicures are all the rage this season, and are the perfect way to give your look a little bit of unique pop for the spring and summer season.
The best part of this new nail trend is how easy it is to do wether it’s with regular nail polish or with gel-polish. All you have to do is just gather up 3-4 of your favorite hues and paint away or if you are like me go get them painted at a salon! The possibilities are absolutely endless from neons to pastels, and of course your favorite colors! Your clothes can even factor in to which colors you choose to paint your nails. There is no right or wrong with these nails there is only fun, stylish and fashionably fabulous!
To give you a bit of inspiration, check out my favorite multi-colored manicure choices. Essie has several colors in their collection that would be perfect for painting by season, or matching that colorful outfit you bought last week or maybe just because you LOVE color like me.
These colors would be perfect for looking on the “bright” side of things. You can choose from any of your favorite bright colors for this look, from hot pink to bright oranges and yellows use your imagination girls!
I also LOVE pastels especially when you are tanned. These pastels can be used if you are in the mood to tone down your look, or keep your nails with the season of spring, these are perfectly “pastelly”. Show off your softer side with any of these feminine and romantic hues.
The great thing about a multi-colored manicures? There are no rules. You can choose as many colors as you have nails! It’s all up to you which you want to choose, without having to pick just one! What girl doesn’t love options so mix and match away.

Instead of covering yourself in head-to-toe Leprechaun green on March 17, how about flaunting shades of green and gold with your make-up? Or wearing a really nice pair of skinny green jeans.
