Morning!
This morning I’m going for hot yoga and brunch with my friend! Is there a better way to start the day? I think this is the best sweat relief therapy one can get. I usually go for Moksha yoga because that is my favorite however, if I’m out of town I will go for Bikram yoga.
Time to get changed and ready for a 90 min class. Yes, it’s a little long but you feel amazing after and trust hot yoga becomes addictive.
I love it!
