Jon Olssons New Gallardo

Skier/superman Jon Olsson , except for his amazing big jump skills and part of a bet to make into the 2014 Winter Olympics is also famous for his cars. With a taste in Lambos he’s been racing Gumball 3000 and can be spotted driving his cars all the way up to the slopes, in the snow!

This new one is a Gallardo combined with a LP560 with Jons trademark, a skibox! German luxury car tuner DMC has pimped the car out with a new sick front, a GT3 looking front made of 100% carbon fibre! With 9 X-games medals and amazing carrer this is the only appropriate ride for this Swede for sure!

Don’t forget to check out his blog, filled with tasty pictures!

Jaguchi By Nendo

The Japanese design studio Nendo made a beautiful phone/tablet PC stand for the brand Elecom. Their intention was to make a design that can be enjoyed, even when the stand is not in use. And the results of this brief became a water tap with flooding water. The name Jaguchi is Japanese for tap. The Jaguchi comes in 4 color ways, transparent, white, black and blue. And it also comes in two models, one for phones, and a larger one for tablets.

It’s available here.

Air Jordan III Retro ‘Black Cement’

Another Jordan release hit the market just a week ago. If you hadn’t have the chance to get a pair of the original release of this model in 1994, you’re now able to get it. It’s a Jordan III Retro. It’s fresh to death. It’s gray/white/black/red. It’s limited edition once again. If you purchase these beauties, TAKE CARE OF THEM!

They’re available atCaliroots/SixFeetDown.

It was in May that Footlocker decided to launch their new project, Sneakerpedia. A wiki/social network based on nothing else but sneakers. Everything from the standard models, to the more rare ones. The idea of the site is to have every damn sneaker in the world collected on this site. Jordans from 92, and Jordans from 2011, every sneaker should be up there.

Do you think you have something to share here, or maybe fill in a missing sneaker to the collection?

Go hit up Sneakerpedia!

The Beats Store NYC – Custome Beats

A few days ago Beats By Dre opened their first flagship store in no other city than of course, New York. The people visiting could experience the high end products that Monster has delivered for a couple of years, it’s entire product range but also some really smooth custom made headphones.

The ones who’ve teamed up with Beats By Dre are people like Spike Lee (New York Knicks colorway, naturally), Kobe Bryant (a sick Black Mamba-inspired design), Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (“100% Champagne Proof”), Serena Williams, Keri Hilson, Yelawolf among others. With many new collaborations on the market such as with illest, and the detox model we can see how the Beats by Dre trend is expanding .

Paul Smith “Mini on Location” Accessories

Paul Smith is pretty famous for his colorful pattern which he applies on pretty much everything he does, from deodorants to cars. The car you can spot on the bags in the pictures is a car they used under a tour Paul Smith did last year across the US. It’s not just any car, it’s actually a super limited Mini!

I really dig the laptop sleeve, if you do so to you can pick it up at Porvocacao.

A Bathing Ape Suede Cap Toe Boots

Another pair of shoes today? Well hell yez!

A Bathing Ape are famous for….well their price mostly I assume? This pair of boots look GREAT. Made from suede and with a Vibram out-sole it will for sure survive the winter, even way up north in Canada where we fight polar bears on a daily basis. What I don’t like about them is that they’ll probably only be available at A Bathing Apes flagship store in Hong Kong but hey, that’s part of the fun.

Air Yeezy 2

Since we are already talking about shoes. It was a few years ago since Kanye West released his own Nike model called the Air Yeezy. When the shoe hit the market it was more wanted than food was wanted in the poor parts of Africa. And from the sneaker world, gossips have been going on that an Air Yeezy 2 is on it’s way. We’ve seen Kanye rock them couple of times, but the picture we’ll provide now is the best one for giving it a judging look.

What we can see is the silhouette is similar to the first Air Yeezy, except from the heel that has taken a different shape. Bad or good? I’d say good, it looks raw. It also seems that he has been working more on mixed materials for this one as well. From pictures we can also tell that there’s more than one color way. On the VMA’s he rocked a pair of grey ones, and now this picture shows a black/pink with glow in the dark sole. There’s no release date announced yet, and it’s not probably going to any time this month, or next either. We’ll just have to sit down and wait I guess. And yeah girls, you’re not the only ones spreading gossips. They do exist in the sneaker world as well!

Ayada Maldives – Paradise

Are people still having plans leaving the country for a quality trip to an exotic place?

Then I just got another resort-tip post for you. Ayada Maldives is a brand new awe-inspiring destination comprising an opulent 112 villa resort located on the 150,000 square meter paradise island of Maguhdhuvaa in the stunning Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, and they actually opened the doors to this luxury place a few days ago! The resort has everything too offer, and it really sends out immense luxury vibes from it’s architecture. I’m going to let the pictures speak for themselves.

And if they convince you, here’s their page to make your reservation!

Pro Hunter Steve McQueen Explorer

So what’s better than Rolex and Steve McQueen? Well of course if you package both of them nicely in black! This Pro-Hunter is the brand new Explorer II coated in matte black DLC bezel, it’s pretty much the same as the PVD coating but a little bit stronger. Except from the same specifications as the original Explorer II this is a limited edition (as always with Pro-Hunter) that only comes in 100 pieces, better grab while stock lasts at Pro-Hunters official page.

Pendelton Goes Navajo

The whole native/navajo inspired clothing has been trending over the last years. In almost every designers collection you will find some of it, or at least a little trace of it, somewhere. The American Pendleton have made a good effort into some real quality native inspired items. They’re one of the last remaining clothing companies that still manufacture all their fabrics in Oregon, easily recognized through the level of craftsmanship & quality shown in each piece, and that we can really see in these pieces. The ones I found most interesting were the shirt and the jacket, but to top off that native swag you can get yourself a little handy bag as well! The items can be purchased through Caliroots or the Pendelton’s website!

Go! Go!

Carbon Fiber Magic – Apple Products

Apple is well known for outstanding quality, flawless designs as well a streamlined functionality on every product that gets released from their laboratories. There’s plenty of companies making customized versions of the original Apple products, such as different colors on the MacBook and it’s accessories. But just a minute ago, I found this. They’re calling themselves “Carbon Fiber Magic”, and what they do is that they add carbon fiber to your Apple products. So far the only thing that have left their lab is the ‘Magic Mouse’, ‘Trackpad’ and the ‘Keyboard’. But what I can tell from their page is that a iPhone, MacBook, Remote and a iPad will get released in the future. I’m really looking forward to the MacBook!

UNDERCOVER Leather Riders Jacket

Just found this amazing jacket from Japanese UNDERCOVER, perfect to sport this fall! It takes a lot of inspiration from classic bikers jackets but with much more details and nice thick high quality leather it’s a winner!

It’s available in black and brown and you can find more info and where to buy it at their homepage.

Roca London Gallery

Newly opened Roca Gallery close to the Chelsea harbor in London is designed by Zaha Hadid. It’s a 3600 sq. feet big art hall and it looks amazing! Inspired a lot by the nearby water (it’s in a harbor, duh!) Haded comments on the project “our work imbues architecture with the intricacy and beauty of natural forms. Using a formal language derived from the movement of water, the Roca London Gallery has been eroded and polished by fluidity; generating a sequence of dynamic spaces carved from this fascinating interplay between architecture and nature”.

Find more info at Rocas homepage.

Stone Island 2011 Ice Jacket

Stone Island comes out with yet another jacket. And I can’t really say that they have made a single ugly jacket the latest decade or so. The Ice Jacket is made for the winter season, and handles cold and being water resistant. For those who haven’t figured out how this works yet, check the pictures. It’s also available online here.

Sigma SD1 Wood Edition

I have no experience with Sigma cameras. But if someone gave me this piece I’d gladly enjoy it even though I’m a Nikon girl. Sigma has decided to what Leica does. Give their cameras a little extra touch of luxury. They have made a wooden version of their pro model ‘SD1′. And it’s not just whatever wood, it’s Amboyna Burl – a particularly expensive type of wood taken from the Padauk trees of Southeast Asia. They are super limited, and actually will just exist in 10 pieces. Where to get them? I actually don’t know. I tried finding somewhere online that sells them but have not been able to so I’ll have to get back to you on this one. Non the less it’s pretty dope!

Common Project Fall Shoes

Nice simple clean with small detail and everything in leather, brilliant if you ask me! Great job Common Projects!!

36 m Italian Super Yacht

Italian 36 meter awesomely looking yacht is AMAZING!  It’s powered by three MTU 16V2000 M93CR engines, each producing 2400 HP. That’s enough to make this baby reach speeds up to 50 knots, on a sunny day outside Marbella, Spain. It features the usual to be expected range of equipment, everything from a jacuzzi to a plenty of 50″ LCDs hanging on the walls. And if you don’t like a bumpy ride don’t worry, this Italian boat manufacturer is famous for making their boats ride smooth as ice.

It’s all yours for only € 13,150,000 and for more details check out the Jameslist ad. Something to put on your X-mas list maybe?

SWYP – See What You Print

I found this printer concept by design firm Artefact which enables you to see exactly what you print, on the printer! They’ve simply just put a huge LCD on the nicely designed printer and added a sweet graphic interface. Simply choose a picture and crop it for appropriate size, press print and it the image is printed within seconds! Grab pictures from Facebook, Flickr or connect with your iPhone through blue-tooth! I’ve never owned a printer I would brag about but this one I would. It’s just brilliant with a sleek design!
